From fast beginnings to focused growth

2018

Founded as an SFCC consultancy specializing inplatform architecture and UX; partnered with Talbots to guide their SFCC migration.

2019

Expanded services to include SEO and creative.

2020

Launched Shopify practice, partnering with fast-growing DTC brands.

2021

Introduced Prosper, our growth-focused retainer model.

2022

Rolled out Sparky OS, our proprietary agency operating system.

2023

Added back-end development and custom software capabilities.

2024

Hosted the first in-person Sparky retreat, uniting our team from across the U.S.
