Ghost is a wildly popular lifestyle sports nutrition brand. With high-quality ingredients and iconic flavors, Ghost has amassed a rabid fanbase of gym-goers everywhere who aim to "be seen".

Project overview

Ghost had a vastly outdated Shopify theme and enlisted Sparky to usher their site into a new era of eCommerce performance. We designed and built a fully custom Shopify theme that reimagined their online presence across three different markets. This led to a 7% lift in conversion and 200%+ lift in site speed in the first five months post-launch (launched April 2023).
We built a new site that introduced subscriptions, integrated with their mobile app, and freshened up their fully custom loyalty program. In the first 30 days of launch, we saw 2,210 supplement subscription orders (with no marketing).
In 2024, we consolidated outdated tech and launched a new custom loyalty program and mobile app.
