Project overview
- After a few months of conversion rate optimization, it became apparent that the brand had grown so fast on a technical foundation that was not engineered for scale.
- With the clock ticking ahead of Holiday, we designed, built, and launched a fully custom Shopify theme that led to a 51% increase in Checkouts Reached.
- The new site realized upticks in conversion and huge productivity gains for site merch and ops teams who were hamstrung by the old site.
- A few years later, as HEYDUDE refreshed its branding and looked to bring that evolution to life on the site. Our role as a long-term partner meant we were trusted once again to deliver a high-performance rebuild that aligned with their next stage of growth.
